What the hell is “Tapping” and why can it improve emotional pain.

Tapping is said to give you THE POWER TO HEAL YOURSELF, Giving yourself the control to rule your own destiny.

The method is simple. It consists of tapping with your fingertips on the specific meridian points while processing a wide range of emotions and traumatic memories. This approach is simple yet effective and can be used any time of the day anywhere. Just think of it like beginner-level acupuncture.

How does tapping work?

Firstly, you must focus on the negative emotion at hand: it can be anxiety, fear, a bad memory, or an unresolved problem. While maintaining your mind’s concentration on the issue, use your fingertips to tap 5–7 times each on 9 of the body’s meridian points. Tapping on these meridian points — while focusing on resolving and accepting the negative emotion — will switch on your body’s energy, restoring it to a balanced state.
