I’m sure you know we are smack dab in the the middle of a global pandemic, hell with the way our economy is crashing, we are soon to be in a second great depression. With just about all 7 continents scrambling for Corona virus prevention methods, mainly self isolation is the best the government and health professionals have recommended. I am amoung thousands of other Americans who lost their 9–5 jobs abruptly. Everyone is doing their best to lessen those being infected, yet numbers of those that have been affected are rising rapidly.Life is pretty unpredictable right now but I actively manage the stress. I am Currently Week two into my quarantine experience, The sudden overstock of home time gave me time to reflect on what I’ve learned in 2020. As if its not bad enough that folks all around are rapidly buying out all the Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer. Grocery stores in the States are having trouble with keeping things like milk, bread and toilet paper in stock. This is due to fearful parts of society running to the store in panic modes, as if they are stocking for a natural disaster. Don’t turn into a milk hoarder, Grocers will have enough if we leave enough. keep up with your vitamins & wash your hands, but by all means Don’t Stress.
