Get into these four exercises that will bring you even closer to your honey.
Soul Gaze
In this first exercise, you will simply be sitting facing each other staring into one another’s eyes. Envisioning the “window into the soul”. It may seem a little awkward at first yet it challenges each other's vulnerabilities. Being settled while gazing into one another’s eyes the exercise becomes introspective and meditative. Set up a 4–5 minute playlist of tranquil tunes and get into it.
