Yet what would the human experience be without Heartbreak? As agonizing as it can feel, We’ve all been there. There is no true way to avoid it and as the old saying goes..”It is better to have loved and lost than to not loved at all.” My words of advice are to choose your poison wisely and remember change and loss are bound to happen to us all.
Losing someone or something important is devastating. Whether it is a romantic connection, family, friend, or even a pet. Heartbreak typically causes loads of stress, especially if the loss is a sudden one. This stress can affect how we feel physically and emotionally. For some, it may take weeks, months, or even years to recover from.
