B12 has a variety of unique talents. It is essential for the formation of red blood cells, and assists the daily functions of nerve cells.

Although it is naturally found in most animal products, you don’t have to be a carnivore to reap the benefits. Look out for foods that have added b12, the easiest way is taking supplements and if your super dedicated, get the monthly injections.

B12 aids in fighting heart related diseases, a deficiency in Vitamin B12 can prevent red blood cells growing properly, which can lead anemia. Characteristics of anemia are weakness & fatigue, this is due to the blood not being able to transfer oxygen to organs effectively.

With it being so essential to blood health, B12 can aid in memory loss and prevent brain atrophy, it is great to add into the diet for both young and old! It will also improve eye & bone health. New brain, new bones, new heart, new you.
